Dwellpath Guide is a neutral search utility. We keep data collection minimal and anonymous.

What we collect

Dwellpath collects limited anonymous usage data, such as which search prompts, services, locations, and guide pages are used.

Dwellpath may collect approximate visitor location, such as country, region, or city, from standard network request data when available. Dwellpath does not collect precise GPS location and does not ask for browser location permission.

This data is used only to understand which search prompts and guides are useful.

Dwellpath does not ask for names, phone numbers, property addresses, or transaction details for anonymous analytics.

Dwellpath does not sell personal information.

External search links open third-party search engines in a new tab. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Dwellpath does not recommend, select, screen, supervise, verify, or guarantee any provider.

Users may create accounts to save research kits and private notes. Saved kits and notes are private to the account user. Account data is used only to provide saved-kit features.

Dwellpath does not use saved kits to recommend providers and does not share saved notes with providers.

Users can delete saved kits at any time from their account.

A note on anonymous analytics

To improve the tool, we record anonymous events (for example, that a search was generated for a service type and general location, or that a guide page was viewed). Each browser is associated with a random identifier stored locally on your device — it contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity. If analytics is not configured, the app works exactly the same.
